1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to the Multi Calculator – All-in-One Calculator & Tools mobile application (“the App”), developed and operated by CODJIN (“we”, “us”, or “our”). This document explains our privacy practices for users downloading and using our application from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
2. Information Collection and Processing
Multi Calculator was engineered with a strict Privacy-by-Design and Offline-First architecture:
A. Calculation Inputs & Outputs
When you input loan amounts, interest rates, investment sums, GST percentages, unit dimensions, or BMI metrics into the App, that information is processed strictly in volatile device memory during calculation. It is never transmitted over the internet, never logged to any remote database, and never shared with third parties.
B. Personal Identifiable Information (PII)
We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, home addresses, government identifiers, or payment details. The application functions completely without user accounts.
C. Diagnostic & Crash Reports
We may collect non-identifiable, aggregated technical crash telemetry through standard Google Play developer console services (such as app crash count, ANR reports, and Android OS version distribution) to identify formula bugs and maintain stability.
3. Device Permissions Requested
Multi Calculator requires minimal operating system permissions:
- VIBRATE (Optional): Used exclusively to deliver subtle tactile haptic feedback when pressing numeric keys and calculator function buttons.
- INTERNET (Optional / Diagnostic only): Used solely if the app checks for periodic app version update notices via official store channels. All core calculators operate completely offline without internet connectivity.
The App does NOT request access to: Contacts, Location (GPS), Camera, Microphone, Photo Library, SMS, or Phone State.
4. Third-Party Libraries & SDKs
Multi Calculator is compiled with Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) and does not bundle aggressive tracking SDKs, advertising profiling frameworks, or behavioral telemetry libraries.
- Google Play Services: Provided by Google to facilitate verified installation, safety checks, and in-app updates.
5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K)
Because Multi Calculator does not collect, store, or transmit any personal identifiable information, it is safe for general educational and calculation use by students of all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 years of age.
6. Data Retention & User Control
Any saved calculation history (if enabled by the user) is kept exclusively in local app storage on your device. You can erase all saved calculations and restore the App to its default state at any time by:
- Navigating to Device Settings > Apps > Multi Calculator > Clear Storage / Clear Cache.
- Uninstalling the application from your device.
7. Security of Your Information
Because all calculations are contained locally on your hardware, your financial planning, loan calculations, and health metrics are isolated from remote network breaches. We implement strict local sandboxing according to Android and iOS security best practices.
